Return Requests

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for return instructions before sending any products back.

Products should be returned in their original packaging when possible. Eligibility depends on the product condition and the reason for the return. Any restrictions will be applied in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, email ciaffonefurlanjx854@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when available. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the refund decision by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or the return results from an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
